loosing AVI links in PowerPoint

1. We have been loosing our AVI links in Power Point. We place these movies
in the same folder as the power point and when we move the folder to another
computer the links are lost.
2. Is there a size limitation to the Power Point presentation? Can this be
the problem?

Try not moving the folder, and move just the files and see what happens. No
size limitation AFAIK just what the host machines capabilities are governs
the performance.

Did you put the AVI in the same folder with PPT before yoiu inserted it into
PPT?

How long is the path to the files on the other computer? Instead of putting
the folder on, say, the desktop, try putting it directly on the C drive.
