Loosing contact with Exchange Server.

Hi.
I have a user that is loosing the connection to our exchange server while he
is connected to the local network.
He is running Outlook2003 with rpc over https as connection methode to our
Exchange2003 server.
The internet connection is ok and no other network problems.
Any idea what the problem is?
