Lose scrolling function when collapsing Groups

Outlook 2003. Show Bus Contacts grouped by Category, the collapse all groups.
Immediately lose scrolling functionality... expand a group & cannot scroll
through it.

Hi BLR.

Have you found any solution to this ? I am currently dealing with the exact
same issue. (losing the scroll bar and unable to scroll)

No, I haven't. I'm planning eventually to reinstall Outlook 2003 & BCM after
saving my data. Haven't had time yet.
