Losing calendar entries in Entourage

Up until yesterday Entourage was working fine. However, now when I add a new calendar event it stays on for about 10 seconds and then disappears. There is nothing on ical, either - absolutely nothing. I called Microsoft, and they believe it to be an Apple problem. I've lost some calendar events as I've worked through this, too, as we've enabled and disabled the sync. Should I reset my sync history on the Mac? Is there a way to trash the sync cache? Apparently ical is no longer pulling in what I add onto the Entourage calendar - or it's deleting it as it syncs.

Anyone else aware of this problem? (and any suggestions on how to pull back old calendar items that I seem to have lost?)

Disable all syncing in Entourage.

Then go into the Applications and launch iSync. Select iSync menu -->
Preferences... and then click the Reset Sync History... button.

Once this is done, re-enable syncing in Entourage.

Hope this helps!
