Losing Emails in Outlook

I will see an email in my list of incoming mail, not open it. Then when I go
back to open it it has disappeared.

Hi Donna,

I bet your View Filter is set to hide read email. Click View in Outlook,
the select Arrange By. Look for Current View at the bottom and choose
"Messages." Does that help?
