Losing formatting when merging from a table to Word

What can you do when data from a table formatted at
Currency does not appear as currency in a Merged Word
Document?

Hi Kim,

Create a query based on your table. In the query, use a calculated field
like this, where XXX is the name of the Currency field:

fXXX: Format([XXX], "Currency")

Then use the query as the data source for the merge.
