Losing message after replying multiple times

Hey,
I have a couple of clients at a site who are losing
messages after they reply back-and-forth after a couple of
times to each other. They're not sure how many times they
can reply before it dissappears, but it sounds like it is
quite a few times. One of them is on Outlook2000Sp3 and
the Other is on Outlook98. They are both using a MSMail
postoffice on a WinNT4 Server. Any ideas or comments would
be helpful. Thanks.
