Using outlook 2003 on XP with exchange 2003 server.
This just came up with a couple of users today on our network. When the user
opens a messge and hits reply a blank message is sent to the original email
sender. This might happen a few times (hitting reply more than once) before
the normal reply blank message opens for the user to type into. They can then
hit send normally. Clients are using Word as their default email editor.
Client machines have been rebooted, Outlook app closed and reopened etc.
Anyone seen this? I'm not sure if it a server or client issue?
