Losing programs when deleting trial 2007

I was having trouble with the trial 2007, so I deleted it. Now I have no
office programs. It seems when I deleted this, it deleted all of my old
office programs o- how do I get it back

You must have told Office 2007 to upgrade your existing software. You will
have to reinstall it from the disks.

Err re-install from the original media?
