Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I know the trick on performing the cache empty via ctrl + click on the mail folder etc.. However, now evidently my cache is full but the menu item "folder properties" is greyed out so I cannot access the tab to go to empty the cache! Anybody that has had this problem? Your cache doesn't have a size limit, so it can't get full. You can only
empty the cache if you are connected to your account. You cannot do it
while Entourage is "offline".

Hope this helps!
