LOSS OF CONTACTS ON POWER OFF

P

Paul Cater

When I turn off my PC, Outlook appears to 'forget' all of the email addresses
that it had previously filled in for me automatically once I had typed the
first letter. So, next time I power up the PC again, I have to retype each
address as if for the first time - these are then remembered until the next
time I power off the PC. I have looked through the previous threads and
can't find this query having been raised before. I am running Windows XP
(Service Pack 1) and Outlook 2003. I recently had all the software reloaded
on my PC. I would much appreciate any insight.
Regards,
Paul
