Loss of Email

I had Groove on an old computer and switched to a new one. After re-loading
Groove I have lost all of my old mail. Is there any way to get this back?

When you said "you lost the old mail", do you refer to the old message
history on the old computer? If so, please refer to the KB article below to
move the message history from the old computer to the new computer.
