loss of worksheets

i have just turned on computer clicked shortcut to my worksheets excel and
instead of work sheets have what looks like a programe text or formula

If you are facing such problem than it means that your excel worksheet get
corrupted. Try to repair it. There are lots of software in the market with
them you are able to repair your excel file. You can also download one of the
software from
