Lost ability to import to a specific database

I am unable to import to a specific form, it states that a property is not found. I have previously been able to import. I am able to open a new database and import the same file (a csv document) without issues. Is it something to do with specification settings?

Please re-word the question.
You talk about importing forms and then switch to csv.

What are your trying to do?
What are the exact steps?
When does it fail?
What is the message?
