Lost access to the outlook.pst folder -- Can't recover

Your pst-file is oversized. The maximum is 2GB. To repair
a 2GB file follow the following instructions and create a
new pst-file.

Live and Learn. I suppose there's something in
documention somewhere that tells us this, but we now know
it. We're working through the fix now. Thanks for your
