lost all folders in Outlook

My friend lost all of his folders in Outlook and now has to out of Outlook to
Outlook Express and can only see incoming e-mails. His direct e-mail address
is [email protected] - My direct e-mail is [email protected]. We would
appreciate any suggestions you might have.
