LOST ALL FOLDERS

I did a back up when prompted by Outlook today and found after that all my
created and saved folders have disappeared. I need to get them back. Please

Outlook doesn't "prompt" for a backup unless you have third-party software
installed.
You need to be FAR more precise as to what you did and what happened.
