Lost all my autocorrect after program shutdown

Once Word XP decided to shut down and reloaded/recovered my documents and I
opened my work template, all the autocorrects I was typing didn't exist, not
only for that program but even in my Instant Text. How can I recover the old
template or fix this? I do not have the office plugin checked in NAV.

If it is AutoText that you lost then possibly a document has been saved as
Normal.dot. See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/BlankDocNotBlank.htm for
instructions on generating a new copy.
