Lost all my Inbox emails and contacts

Can someone tell me how to get my Inbox emails and contacts back after they
have been wiped out? Please....

Yes there are probably many people here who can help you but you'll need to
do some basics first:

1. explain what happened and be very precise
2. explain what software you are using, version etc.
