My Excel croaked tonight so I had to abort it via the cntl+Alt+Delete. I
brought Excel back up and noticed I have two Excel *.csv files which is what
I expected. The primary *.csv file had only one entry as did the other one.
I expected the primary *.csv file to have four entries (rows). I had to
abort this launch/session of Excel also. After a restart I first loaded up
Excel and I did not get the recover option as I have with the pre-restart
launch of Excel.
I remember at one time during the day that the Excel files were located in
some 'numeric' directory but I don't know where. THere's a shortcut link in
C:\DOcuments and settings\user.domain\Application
Data\Microsoft\Office\Recent but when I select it the search begins for the
file.
What can I do to recover/find all or part of the *.csv files? My time limit
for saving in Excel is 10 minutes and several hours had past since I was last
into the primary *.csv file.
TIA
