I lost my BCM history. Unfortunately I did not back up.

Is there any way to recover it?

Your Business Contacts, Opportunities, and Accounts are still their,
but when you open one the history is empty where it used to have
activities listed?

Yes. I was able to restore my contacts with my Smartphone but not the
history.
