I lost my microsoft office 97 cd. Could someone please
tell me how to get a replacement? I've been on the
Microsoft website just trying to as this question. I
feel like I'm in a hall of mirrors with no exit.

your best bet is to find a friend with an Office 97 CD and burn a copy. There
is nothing on any MS CD which ties it to a specific Product Key. If you need to
retrieve your PK and Office is still installed you can use KeyFinder, free,
from www.magicaljellybean.com.
