Lost CD's

I purchased Excel within the last year at a retail store
(Staples). Just recently I had to reinstall a fresh copy
of XP on my computer for unrelated reasons. This
reinstall, as you might know, cleans your entire hard
disk. When I went to reinstall my year old copy of Excel,
I only found the box with no CD's. What can I do? I did
register it with MS when I originally installed it.

Help!
