Lost "Checked Out" Project

If a project is checked out and the PC dies, the project
is still checked out from the server. Is there a way to
change status of the Project on the Project Server?
Using Project Server 2003 and Project Pro 2002. Thanks
in advance.

The administrator in PWA should have rights to check it
back in - Admin - Manage Enterprise Features.
