Lost Contact Birthdays/Anniversaries on Calendar

R

Renée

I tried out a syncing software with my Outlook 2007 and in the process it
deleted all my reoccurring events, which includes the birthdays and
anniversaries from my contact list. Is there any way to restore these dates
to my calendar, maybe by forcing the contact list to feed data to the
calendar? I tried updating a birthday in the contact list, but it didn't
appear back on my calendar. It seems the connection is destroyed.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Odd... if you change any other data in the contact record does it put the
birthday back? Also, if you create a new contact, does the birthday get
saved?

If I change data in the existing record, no it does not get put back on the
calendar. I've tried changing the anniversary date, birth date, other
info...nothing gets existing contacts back on the calendar.

Yes, when I create a brand NEW record, then the birthday/anniversary
information appears on the calendar.

Thanks for considering the problem!
