Hi
I ave lost my address book on my desktop and copied it from my laptop
using CSV (win) using a usb stick

I then import from the usb stick into outlook on my desktop
I then look for my contacts/address book but it has not imported

Using 2007 with imap

Any suggestions how to fix please?

Obviously that happens. Do not use the Import feature because you will have
corruption or what you see now. You need to install manually to it's default
location. Do you have a back up of your address book?

Hi Peter
I was using the import feature because I believed that is the way to
do it. I wasn't aware that there would be corruption

How do I manually install to its default?
I Have the address book on my laptop

Thanks for your help

You insert it to it's default location after you copy it to an outside media (Flash
Drive ,DVD\CD)
