Lost Contacts and Calender Function

I have lost my contacts in the email funtion of my Outlook 2000 and the
address insert in my Word 2000. I do not have my calender funtion anymore
on my homepage in my Outlook 2000. My *.wab file is missing. My Contacts
still exist in my Outlook as a seperate entity, I can open them on the
outlook bar and tree, but it is not "hooked" into the rest of the system. I
have been able to convert the existing outlook file to a text file, but can
go no further, help, please. If you need more information, plea ask. I
have Win xp home edition and in the other part, my wife's, the contacts is
where it should be.

More Information... I had to run scanpst.exe to repair my personal
Folders....I now have three on the tree and the one that has the "Home Icon"
is the newly created one, it comes up as a blank on the calender funtion.
This is maybe why I am not getting my calender funtion on the home page as
the calender file in the other two personal folders contains the information
that I need. How do I designate one of these as home base, because when I
hit the personal folders icon on the cursor automatically moves to the newly
created one. Still don't know how to get my contacts in place.
