I created several custom toolbars and recently they
disappeared. When I checked the Application
Settings\microsoft\outlook folder, I found an extend.dat
and extend.004 file. I tried renaming them (swapping I
should say) and then OL couldn't open properly.
The OL documentation says that command bar and menu
customizations are in that folder with the .dat extension.
Any ideas?
