lost data after system restore

Hi there, I hope somebody can help....i recently did a system restore. Well
after the restore Outlook 2007 needed to be reinstalled. I have lost all my
emails and my calendar. I hope i have not overwritten the .pst file. I am
hoping there may be a copy somewhere from my orginal installation before the
system restore. Can anybody help!?

*update* Ok i found teh .pst files....now it wont let me open them. it says
that i am not authorized. what now?

You open them within Outlook, File>Open>Data File
If you still get the msg, you need to state the path to these files

When you say "system restore", do you mean you used a System Restore Point or
that you performed a repair install of Windows?

I got it figured out...i didnt have the permissions set up correctly. Solved.

thing - were did you find it?
