Hello. I have been working on a new database for a while now, and it was all
going great. But then they connected my computer to the office network and
created a new profile that i then had to work off of. When this happened, the
database became unstable. I figured out most of the bugs, which were mostly
made due to the fact that some of the file paths were changed due to the
move. A big problem that i have now is more complicated. 1) All of the
information that i had has gone missing. All of the formats of queries, forms
and tables are all intact, but they are all blanks. Also, when i try to open
certain tables or forms, it says that The Microsoft Jet database engine
stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the
same data at the same time. Now, Ive already checked the network and deleted
the only copy that was on there (which dont worry, didnt contain all the
information that i lost, i made sure of that.) And noone else in the office
uses the database yet, or access at all. Is there anyone that can help?
Thanks a lot
