lost disk

I tried to change the configuration of my email in Outlook
and made a mistake....

Now Outlook will not load without a disk.

I do not have a disk. It all came preloaded. I have
contacted Sony who manufactured my laptop but they do not
deal with Outlook! ???

Is there a back door I can use to reactivate the programme
or have I lost my CALENDAR!!!

If the laptop came preloaded with Outlook, Sony is obligated to provide
support for it. Contact them again and press the point.
