lost disk

I tried to change the configuration on my email in Outlook
and made a mistake.....

Now it will not boot up for Outlook without a disk which I
do not have. (it came preloaded)

I have contacted Sony (laptop manufacturer) but they do
not deal with Outlook...

Is there a back door I can use to get into the programme
or have I lost the lot including my CALENDAR???

Your PC should have come with a system restore disk that will put it back to
the configuration it had when you bought it. Alternatively, if you're using
Windows XP, simply choose a Restore Point from prior to the point you made
the change.
