lost e-mail after moving message from inbox to personal folder

One of my employees highlighted all of the e-mail messages in his Inbox and used the "move to folder" option to move it to his "personal folder". Now all of the e-mails have vanished. Is there anywhere I can look for them. He did not "delete" them, just moved them.

Try using the Advanced Find function.

Had the same problem with one user and they had a do not
display files older than x days selected. Worth a shot
