Lost E-Mails

Apparently MS Outlook is sending all of my mail
EVERYTHING, to MY PERSONAL FILES within Outlook. But
they are not anywhere to be found.
Have gone to Tools/Mail Set up/View or change existing e-
mail accounts and at bottom of window it states "Deliver
new e-mail to the following location."and I have selected
My Mail Box, but it is still going to the lost files.
Spent 3 hours online with Earthlink last night and cannot
get it resollved. Is there anyone who can help me please?

Just curious how you know that your email is going to the
PERSONAL FILES in Outlook? Are you getting mail
notifications from Outlook when new mail arrives?

Have to ask, are you using MS Outlook or MS Outlook Express?
and which version?
