I am working with an Outlook 2003 installation that just lost all of it's
email, with the exception of a few messages delivered this morning. The
user's subfolders remain, but all messages are gone. I checked for an
Auto-Archive, but the file shows a Last Accessed Date of 9/28/04. I could
find no PST files that would indicate a recent archive. The downloads
messages from our ISP, so none are kept there. Not being an Outlook user
myself, I'm at a loss.
Has anyone else seen this occurance? If so, what else should I be looking
for, and what are the recovery options, if any?
