Lost focus event for command button

When my command buttons get the focus I change the caption font from normal
to bold. This works great when focus changes from button to button. However,
when focus moves off the buttons, the lost focus event does not execute.
Either that or it is executing but for some reason the button is not being
redrawn since the caption stays bold. My buttons are on the tab of a tab
control.
Anyone got any ideas?
