Hello! I have a customer whose mailbox has taken over. Apparently, on
11/20/2003 at 10:31am about 20-30 messages suddenly had a Sent
date/time of 11/20/203 10:31am and lost the "From" display in the list
of messages.
Listing all with Sent and Received dates/times, the Received date/time
was earlier than the Sent date/time (Neat trick). There are plenty of
other messages sent and received on that date that were not affected.
And the messages on which the Sent date/time was changed had different
Received dates.
And in the list, "From" is missing on those messages. If you open the
message, you can see who it was from.
Does anyone have any ideas? This is too weird. I would greatly
appreciate any help you can give me. Have a great day!
