Dear Sir,

Sorry that I need your advise how to re-register on my Microsoft Office 2003
SBE OEM Version to new PC I bought due to old PC was lost in burglary case?

OEM versions are always tied to the computer first installed on. In other
words, you don't have a valid Office 2003 SBE OEM version anymore and can't
be installed onto another system. You should have turned that into the
insurance company when you also turned in the theft of the computer to them.

unfortunately, each oem is
tied to that exact computer.

therefore, you will have to buy
a new oem or better,
like a retail version
of windows.

perhaps you might want
to contact the computers
homesite and maybe they
can lock out that product
key or identify where the pc
is located if it tries to
update.

the above is just a thought
and perhaps not possible
but the fantasy is worth a try.
