lost information

i cannot find my contacts, emails, any files / info in outlook. i see the
files if i search for .pst files, but how do i get it all back to outlook?
emergency! appointments i dont know about!!!

In Outlook do File-Open-Outlook Data File and navigate to where the pst file
is...
