lost LOGO in HTML signature in the received emails

Hello
MS Outlook 2003.Company Exchange server is 2k3. In office, we use the HTML Signature, but the boss sometime got the emails with no logo, just a 'X', other's got the same emails are okie. I don't know why. Some time the same thing happened on others. Is it caused by Exchange or some settings of the Outlook.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!
