This is not an Outlook Express or Windows 2000 newsgroup. This is an Access
newsgroup.

You are in a group for the Access Database program. Scroll down the list to
find an Outlook Express group. They are listed alphabetically. Whether or
not you can restore them depends on what the person did. If they formatted
you drive and started over without backing anything up first, they're gone
unless you have backups. Search your drive for *.dbx files. If you find
them, note the directory they're located in. Go to Outlook Express,
File|Import|Messages. Choose Microsoft Outlook Express 6, click Next and
choose "Import mail from an OE6 store directory", click next and browse to
the directory noted earlier. The directory name will probably look like a
GUID (a number with curly braces around it), click next again and choose the
folders to import, start the import.
