Lost mail merge

I have lost the ability to mail merge into my documents.
I have after trying to make it work through the Tool,
Customize, I uninstalled and reinstalled Word, but to no
avail.

What am I doing wrong. It worked a couple of months ago,
( the last time I used it).

Thank you for your help. I was able to complete my
project, but the main Word still does not have mail merge.
