Lost menu items in word

Processor: Intel

I lost these menu items in word 2008: File Edit View Format Tools.
My menu looks like: Table Window Work Insert Help.

PLease help me to restore the original menu.

Word window? Click it!

Control/Right-Click a toolbar & select Customize Toolbars & Menus. On the
Toolbars page click the name of the Menu Bar then click Reset. If that
doesn't bring them back reply for other options.
