Lost my Tools-->Options Dialogue Box in Access 97

I'm using Access 97 and all of a sudden, I can't access the Tools-->Options
dialogue box. Any ideas why? What do I have to do to get it back?

By 'lost', I assume you mean it isn't there. If so, go into View, Toolbars,
Customize. Select the Menu Bar and hit Reset.
