lost new folders

when i moved mail to a named folder outlook SKED IF I WANTED TO CREATE IT -
I DI BUT NOEW CAN;T FIND SAID FOLDERS - WHER DO YHRY HIDE?

Have you checked your entire folder tree? Maybe it's a subfolder of another
folder (check for folders with plus signs (+) next to them).
