Lost Office XP disks

Call Microsoft Support - tell them your disks are lost due to Hurricane
Katrina and ask for how can I obtain replacement media.

OR
If you had CDs from your OEM, then call your OEM for replacement media

Thanks JoAnn.... Maybe I'll find my disks... but I don't thinks so.
Katrine
did a real number on me last year......

JoAnn Paules said:
1. Continue looking.

2. Did your copy of Office come with your computer or did you purchase it
separately?

3. Ignore question # 2 and buy a full version of Office 2003.

I'm formatting my hard disk and can't find my original copies of Office

I have never heard of someone who was successful at getting their OEM
versions of Office replaced. Most of them have a 15 day warranty on
replacing software.
