lost options in menu for Microsoft Project Server 2003

Microsoft Project Server 2003

When we tried to change the option for entering time sheet

Admin->Customize Project Web Access->
Specify the default method for reporting progress on tasks

from Hours of work ...
to Actual work done ...

we had a problem of losing the menu options listed in
Project menu. We are not able to view firt 3 options like
project centre,Analyse Projects in Portfolio, Model
projects options have disappeared.

How to restore the other options?
