The runtime users of a database, that has been running for over a year, are
getting the message "The function you used can not be used in this
expression." when the condition of "Time() > 7:30:00 pm " is removed from the
autoexec macro the message goes away but all fields that default to Date()
show up as #Name? and the queries that use functions can not find the
functions in example Ucase([wmlocn]) will product the error "function is not
available in expressions in query expression 'Ucase([wmlocn])'.". This
problem shows up on all remote users of this database but not on my
development computer even when opened in the runtime mode from the command
line. Other databases work fine in the runtime enviroment. I turned on the
messages and was told that the link to OWC10.Dll needed to be fixed but my
development system says it is not broken.
Thanks for your help, and for reading this verbose posting.
