How to Replace Lost, Broken, or Missing Microsoft Software or Hardware

The Home & Student edition is not available for download.
If a friend or relative has the same version, then you can make a copy of
that disk; it that case it wouldn't constitute as an illegal copy.
Otherwise, contact Microsoft and order a replacement disk set. These are
available for a small fee + shipping and handling charges but there is no
need to buy a new license.

Outlook 2007 is not part of Office H&S version
Either you purchased Outllook seperately or your Version of Office is not
H&S version

I have the same problem. I purchased outlook 2007 separately. I need to
download outlook 2007 and apply my key.
