Lost Outlook express deleted mail

I had to use my HP recovery program on my computer.....nasty virus......but I
had to redo my outlook express program.......I lost all my deleted mail and
saved mail......anyway of recovering these items on my computer. Any help
would be appreciated.

The HP recovery program would have returned your machine to the state when
you first bought it. If you had no backup, then all your data is gone.
